Paradigm Labs
From idea to MVP in 2 months - a complex financial modeling app

Paradigm Labs is an ambitious initiative to build a super-app for founders and investors—a platform where founders have everything they need to build their business, and investors gain unprecedented insight into the operations they want to back.
But a project of this scale could never launch all at once. The biggest challenge? A tight, two-month deadline. The MVP had to be ready for a crucial investor meeting that would decide the project’s future.
I worked intensely with the team to separate the essentials from the nice-to-haves. We quickly realized that the core experience revolved around financial data—the one thing that matters most to both founders and investors. So, we cut everything else.
The MVP focused on: financial modeling tools, key integrations, a data visualization dashboard, a section educating founders on startup finance.
We moved at breakneck speed—from strategy to information architecture, wireframing, and visual design. Two months later, we made it.
At first, the project felt overwhelming. But looking back, it was a powerful reminder: trust the process, break down complexity, and laser-focus on what truly matters.
